Girls Like Us is an independent publication that focuses on an international community of women and trans people within arts, culture and activism. It features personal stories, essays and visuals that explore feminist legacies and create collaborative paths toward a non-patriarchal future. The magazine is based in Brussels. Its content is driven by the idea of “mapping new routes towards a non-patriarchal and post-gender future.” It uses personal narratives and provocative imagery to highlight feminist achievements and legacies in arts and writing. The magazine also explores themes of economies, power, and the body, often mixing politics with pleasure.
